Key Responsibilities
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise and ISP network infrastructure.
Configure and maintain routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
Support Internet Exchange (IX) and peering connectivity.
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of routers and switches.
Work with Juniper, Cisco, Huawei, and MikroTik networking devices.
Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
Monitor network performance and resolve incidents within SLA.
Coordinate with ISPs, Data Centers, and customers for connectivity issues.
Perform network upgrades, migrations, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and change records.
Participate in rotational shifts and occasional in office maintenance activities
