Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing communications and design team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design portfolio who is passionate about visual storytelling, brand communication, and digital design. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets for our digital and print platforms, supporting content across social media, web, events, and internal branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, presentations, videos, and the Sahamati website

- Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, event branding, standees, merchandise (T-shirts, mugs, etc.), and infographics

- Collaborate closely with the marketing, communications, and content teams to translate ideas into visual concepts





- Assist in developing brand templates and maintaining visual consistency across all outputs

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and awareness initiatives

- Edit short motion graphics/video content as needed using basic animation tools

- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills Qualifications

- 3 5 years of experience in a graphic design or visual communication role

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) or Figma

- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work

- Understanding of layout principles, typography, color theory, and branding

- Positive communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail is a must

- Ability to interpret briefs and convert them into visually impactful designs

Preferred Background

- Experience designing for fintech, tech startups, or digital public infrastructure-related organizations

- Exposure to working with cross-functional teams, including tech, content, and events
