What you ll do at Aditya:

1. Product Audit (For All customers)
2. Internal Rejection Trend with DMN
3. Control Plan Updating
4. PFMEA Update if any customer complaint

Here s what we are looking for:

1. Handling customer-specific requirements and ensuring alignment with quality and compliance standards

2. Review and resolution of Customer issues and complaints through customer portals, ensuring timely 8D management and CAPA implementation.

You bring to Aditya:

1. Robust knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC

2. Experience handling customer complaints, warranty analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
