Marketing Manager Healthcare

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Manager who can build and manage our marketing function from scratch and take complete ownership of brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute end-to-end healthcare marketing strategies.
- Drive patient acquisition, brand awareness and community engagement.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, content, SEO and campaigns.
- Plan health camps, local outreach, partnerships and promotional activities.
- Work with doctors, operations and external agencies to execute campaigns.
- Track leads, conversions, campaign performance and ROI.
- Identify new growth opportunities and take initiatives independently

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in Healthcare/HealthTech.
- Experience in building marketing from the ground up.
- Solid digital, content and social media skills.
- Creative, analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, proactive attitude and strong execution skills.
