We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Domestic Voice Process.

The role offers an attractive in-hand salary and opportunities for growth.

The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working at Office during the Day rotational shifts.

Multiple roles available for Immediate joiners at Marathahalli, Hebbal locations.

Process 1: Outbound Process at Marathahalli and Hebbal Locations.

About the Role:

Make daily calls to explain process to customers. Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints. Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Education: PUC / Graduate Freshers and above. Languages: Fluent in English and in any one of Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam Rounds: HR, Versant and Manager Rounds Workdays: 6 days + 1 rotational week off Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Shifts: Rotational Shifts will be disclosed at the time of interview.

Process 2 International E-Commerce Process (Hindi Voice Process) Handle Inbound calls effectively. Address customer queries,



resolve concerns and manage complaints regarding customer Orders. Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues. Update the status in CRM systems. Education: Only Graduates with 1 year Experience and above in International Voice at Marathahalli Location. Languages: Fluency in both English + Hindi Rounds: HR, Versant (International VETI - 4/5 Quality (Excellent English Communication) and Manager Round. Workdays: 6 days + 1 rotational week off Shifts: Rotational Shifts will be disclosed at the time of interview.

Process 3 E-mail/Chat and Content Creation Process (Non- Voice Process)

Ability to write emails to customers to address their queries. Resolve concerns and manage complaints via Email and Chat. Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues through mail and Chat. Education: 12th Pass and Above at Marathahalli and Hebbal Location. Languages: Fluency in English Positive Communication and Typing skills Rounds: HR, Versant (International VETI - 4/5 Quality (Excellent English Communication) and Manager Round. Workdays: 6 days + 1 rotational week offs
