Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in Optimizely CMS (DXP) and Optimizely Content Marketing Platform (CMP) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution architecture, leading full-stack development initiatives, managing CMS-CMP integrations, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical design of enterprise solutions built on Optimizely CMS (DXP) and Optimizely CMP.
- Design and implement scalable content lifecycle processes, including workflows, metadata management, localization, governance, and publishing automation.
- Own and develop secure API-based integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks) between Optimizely CMP, CMS, and external enterprise applications across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain complex CMS components, custom modules, services, search configurations, and reusable frameworks.
- Govern and optimize Optimizely DXP environments, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, compliance, and operational reliability.
- Participate in solution workshops, technical estimations, roadmap planning, architecture reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring development teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing development best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Solution Architects to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills Experience

- 6-10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core application development.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (DXP).




- Proven experience working with Optimizely Content Marketing Platform (CMP).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs, Webhooks, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and CI/CD implementation.
- Strong understanding of content architecture, governance, multilingual content management, workflows, and publishing processes.
- Experience in developing custom CMS components, services, search functionality, and integrations.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and enterprise application development.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Optimizely Personalization.
- Knowledge of Headless CMS architecture and API-first solutions.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, cloud-native application design, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Optimizely certifications will be an added advantage.
