Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced WAM (Web Access Management) Engineer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Identity Access Management, specializing in PingAccess and PingFederate implementations, integration, and Level 2/3 operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on technical screening, configuration, and support for PingAccess and PingFederate authentication/authorization policies.
- Execute Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Perform technical troubleshooting and production support across complex enterprise identity flows in hybrid/cloud architectures.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and application owners for seamless onboarding and policy enforcement.
- Manage rotational shift coverage, ensuring system availability, incident management, and change requests.

Mandatory Requirements Candidate Guidelines:
- 5+ years of dedicated technical experience in WAM, PingAccess, PingFederate, and SSO federation.
