Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate an on-roll field sales team
- Drive B2C sales performance and achieve business targets
- Handle portfolio management and ensure business growth
- Monitor and control attrition & shrinkage within the team
- Implement effective sales strategies and processes




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in team handling (on-roll field sales team)
- Strong experience in B2C Sales
- Positive understanding of portfolio management
- Expertise in attrition & shrinkage management
- Insurance industry experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Regional language proficiency is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred.
