Job Summary

AceNet Consulting is seeking a skilled SAP Build Process Automation (BPA) Developer to design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using SAP Build Process Automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP BPA, SAP Workflow, process automation, approval workflows, and integration with SAP applications to streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using SAP Build Process Automation (BPA).
- Build and configure multi-step approval workflows (e.g., GPS review Manager review Employee acknowledgement).
- Develop workflow forms, business rules, and process automation solutions.
- Integrate SAP BPA with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP/non-SAP applications.
- Configure workflow triggers, notifications, escalations, and exception handling.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather workflow requirements.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize process performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
- Participate in testing, defect resolution, and production support.

Required Skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience developing multi-level approval workflows and business process automation.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Experience integrating SAP BPA with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
- Understanding of workflow lifecycle, business rules, notifications, and approvals.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Good to Have

- SAP Build Process Automation certification.
- Experience with SAP Build Apps or SAP Build Work Zone.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.
- Experience with REST APIs, OData services, and integration technologies.
- Exposure to consulting or client-facing implementation projects.
