Experience: 2+ Years in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable(AR calling)
Mandatory: Experience with ATHENA software
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
- Analyze and resolve aged AR accounts.
- Review claim status, denials, and underpayments.
- Document account actions accurately.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and meet productivity targets.
Required Skills:
- US Healthcare AR and Insurance Follow-up experience.
- Robust communication and analytical skills.
- Basic MS Excel/MS Office proficiency.
- Good typing skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible and team-oriented approach.
