Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our Corporate Gifting division across the West Region of India. The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key corporate accounts, generating revenue, and executing end-to-end corporate gifting solutions for clients. The role requires robust relationship management, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage large-scale gifting projects from inquiry to delivery.

Business Development & Sales

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across the West Region.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Present corporate gifting solutions tailored to client requirements and budgets.




- Build a solid pipeline of prospects and convert opportunities into business.

Preferred candidate profile :

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales in corporate gifting preferably in FMCG industry

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Relationship-building and account management expertise.
- Knowledge of corporate gifting products and industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
