To manage the front-office and guest experience at the sales gallery, ensuring a warm, skilled, and seamless experience for prospective customers, channel partners, and other visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers, channel partners, and visitors professionally at the sales gallery.
- Manage customer registration, appointments, walk-ins, and visitor records.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales Team for timely assistance.
- Ensure smooth customer movement across the sales gallery, sample flat, amenities, and project site.
- Maintain accurate daily visitor and walk-in reports and share MIS with the reporting manager.
- Ensure minimum waiting time and proactively communicate with customers during their visit.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM,



Security, Housekeeping, and other support functions for seamless operations.
- Ensure the sales gallery, reception area, and customer-facing spaces are well maintained and presentable.
- Support customer engagement activities, events, and project launches.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, grooming, communication, and customer service.
- 3-6 years of experience in Guest Relations, CustomerService, Front Office, Hospitality, Premium Retail, Aviation, or Real Estate.
- Real Estate / Sales Gallery experience preferred.
