Job Title: Hub Incharge

Department: Operations – Last Mile Logistics

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Area Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Hub Incharge to manage daily hub operations,

oversee rider hiring and onboarding, ensure smooth shipment processing, and lead the operations

team to achieve service and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inbound, sorting, dispatch, and outbound operations.

- Ensure timely shipment processing and adherence to delivery SLAs.

- Drive rider hiring, onboarding, and documentation.

- Coordinate rider attendance, shift allocation, and productivity.

- Supervise hub staff and delivery riders.

- Monitor inventory, shipment reconciliation, and documentation.

- Coordinate with transport partners and internal stakeholders.

- Track KPIs,



prepare MIS reports, and drive process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.

Dispatch & Shipment Coordination, KPI & SLA Management, Inventory & Process Control.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 6 months to 4 years in Logistics, Warehouse, Courier, E-commerce, or Last-Mile

Operations.

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

- Experience in rider recruitment and manpower planning.

- Robust communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
