Roles & Responsibilities:

- To manage building services including mechanical, electrical, fire & fire alarm, security & other special systems, also other specialized materials / equipment for our projects.
- To develop cost effective plan for MEP services within budget
- Tracks spends against allocated project budget and revises cost as per the requirements
- Selection of MEP vendors in coordination with Contracts team.
- To study the requirement, co-ordinate with design team and develop design & construction documents award of contracts.
- Monitor the implementation during construction, assign property management division for building services as per requirement of the company after due approval of the Vice Chairman / Director / Vice President.
- Adheres to project timelines
- Identify and undertake processes / procedures improvement in own work area.
- Recommend process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency / cost / productivity

Competencies Required:

- Knowledge of latest technologies and materials used, related to MEP
- Knowledge of MEP services such as Electrical equipment, fire-fighting system, plumbing, escalators, etc.
- Construction & Project management skills
