Job Responsibilities:
- Source and identify suitable candidates based on the job descriptions provided.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment is an added advantage.
Work Mode:
- Initially: Work From Home (WFH)
- Later: Work From Office (WFO) in Bangalore
- Future: Hybrid work model will be introduced based on company requirements.
