Job Summary

- Agile Tech LLC is hiring an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 35 years of experience in US Staffing.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, ATS, VMS/MSP hiring, Engineering and IT recruitment, and sourcing through leading job portals.
- The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver quality candidates within aggressive turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Recruit for Contract (W2, C2C, 1099), Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time positions.
- Work on Direct Client and VMS/MSP requirements.
- Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder (CB), LinkedIn, Indeed, TechFetch, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and client requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation rates and manage offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified Engineering and IT professionals.
- Update candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.

Required Skills

- 35 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience with ATS and VMS/MSP portals.
- Experience hiring for Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, ERP, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and other IT roles.

Hands-on sourcing experience using:

- Dice
- Monster
- CareerBuilder (CB)
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Indeed
- TechFetch
- Internal Database
- Boolean Search
- X-Ray Search

Strong understanding of:

- US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Work Authorization (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, TN, EAD, OPT/CPT)
- Rate Negotiation
- Candidate Relationship Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

- Experience with Direct Clients.
- Experience recruiting niche and hard-to-fill IT positions.
- Strong networking and passive candidate sourcing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
