Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of up-to-date enterprise applications. The candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, establish engineering best practices, and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions across web, mobile, and API ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end application development and solution implementation.
- Design and develop scalable front-end and backend applications.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture reviews.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Drive cloud adoption, DevOps implementation, and application modernization initiatives.
- Mentor developers and support capability building within teams.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and release planning.
- Support solutioning, estimation,
