Role Overview:

The Associate Manual Jewellery Designer will be responsible for creating detailed hand-drawn jewellery designs based on creative briefs, brand aesthetics, and market requirements. The role involves translating concepts into technically accurate sketches while working closely with the design and production teams to ensure the designs are practical and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create hand-drawn jewellery designs based on creative briefs and design requirements.

- Develop design concepts, variations, and iterations for jewellery collections.

- Prepare detailed sketches with accurate proportions, stone placements, settings, and detailing.

- Modify designs based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.

- Research jewellery, fashion, and luxury trends for design inspiration.

- Collaborate with CAD designers and production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing.

- Ensure designs are aligned with the brand's aesthetic and design language.





- Manage multiple design assignments and deliver work within timelines.

Key Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 2 - 4 years of experience as a Manual Jewellery Designer, preferably in the luxury jewellery industry.

- Strong hand-sketching and jewellery rendering skills.

- Valuable knowledge of jewellery construction, manufacturing techniques, and finishing.

- Understanding of gemstones, metal types, settings, and jewellery terminology.

- Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail.

- Ability to interpret design briefs and translate ideas into jewellery designs.

- Knowledge of CAD jewellery design will be an added advantage.

- Portfolio showcasing jewellery sketches and design work.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
