Roles and Responsibilities

- Utilize robust communication skills to negotiate payment plans with customers over the phone.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in BPO or collections industry preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to understand American accents required.

- Strong negotiation skills with customers; ability to work under pressure.
