Role & responsibilities:

- Lead SAP Basis administration activities across SAP landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager, SAP PO/CPI, and Fiori environments.
- Manage SAP system installations, upgrades, patching, kernel updates, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP Basis and infrastructure issues.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and operational standards.

RISE with SAP Management

- Act as the primary technical lead for RISE with SAP environments.
- Coordinate with SAP ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) teams for service delivery and issue resolution.
- Manage SAP cloud operations, service requests, and incident management.




- Understand RISE service level agreements (SLAs) and governance processes.
- Lead transition and transformation programs from on-premise SAP systems to RISE with SAP.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 10+ years of SAP Basis experience.
- 3+ years working in RISE with SAP environments.
- Experience supporting large-scale global SAP landscapes.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Experience managing SAP cloud and hybrid environments.
- Solid understanding of SAP ECS operational processes.
