## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic technology initiatives across eCommerce, Retail, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven program management experience, and expertise in delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives involving modern web applications, legacy AS400 (IBM i) systems, and supply chain technologies.

This role will drive cross-functional programs focused on web application redesign, digital transformation, supply chain optimization, and enterprise integrations. Experience with RELEX Solutions (or a similar supply chain planning platform) is highly preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs supporting eCommerce and Supply Chain initiatives.

Drive application modernization and web application redesign efforts to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Manage cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, QA, Infrastructure, Business Stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Define project roadmaps, manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.

Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to integrate modern web applications with legacy AS400 (IBM i) systems.

Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, Merchandising, and Fulfillment teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Coordinate enterprise integrations involving Order Management Systems (OMS),



Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment platforms.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices for program governance and delivery.

## Required Skills

### Program Management

8+ years of experience managing complex enterprise technology programs.

Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience managing geographically distributed technical teams.

### eCommerce Retail

Hands-on experience managing enterprise eCommerce web application projects.

Experience leading web application redesign or modernization initiatives.

Solid understanding of retail business processes, including:

Product Catalog Management

Pricing Promotions

Order Management

Customer Experience

Store Operations

### Supply Chain

Strong understanding of:

Experience implementing or managing RELEX Solutions initiatives within retail or supply chain environments.

Experience with enterprise application modernization and cloud migration programs.

Familiarity with OMS, WMS, ERP, and Inventory Management systems.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or other Agile certifications are a plus.

## Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

8-12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Technical Program Management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
