We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production and Packing Associate to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and packing operations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the production and packing process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Develop and implement new procedures and protocols as needed.




- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy or life sciences.
- Proven experience in production and packing operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications used in production planning and management.
