About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple retail outlet locations, ensuring operational excellence, consistent service quality, and revenue growth across all sites. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of dermatological/aesthetic services and clinic management.

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Site Operations: Oversee daily operations across assigned clinics, ensuring adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs (revenue, patient retention, conversion rates, retail sales) and implement action plans to improve underperforming locations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor Clinic Managers and staff; conduct performance reviews and foster a high-performance culture.
- Business Development: Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns, local events,



and patient acquisition strategies to drive growth.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular clinic audits, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain exceptional patient experience standards.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses, monitor inventory, and optimize resource allocation across locations.

Requirements

- 10+ years in clinic/retail operations management, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, or medical spa settings.
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations and driving revenue growth.
- Solid leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations.
- Willingness to travel frequently between locations.
