We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Operations Associate to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory operations and a passion for ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and maintain accurate records of regulatory submissions, including applications, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on regulatory matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze and resolve complex regulatory issues, providing recommendations for improvement.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or pharmacy.
- Proven experience in regulatory operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, and other international regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
