We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QMS and Compliance Specialist to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality management systems and compliance.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) that meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
- Provide training and guidance on QMS policies and procedures to employees.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to QMS and compliance.




- Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science or engineering.
- Proven experience in QMS and compliance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
