Afflatus HR Services is looking for a passionate Business Development professional with experience in Recruitment Sales to drive client acquisition and build long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients with active hiring requirements.
- Connect with HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders, and Business Leaders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closure.
- Generate business through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery.

Desired Profile

Experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition for a Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing Firm,



Executive Search, or RPO organization.

Robust understanding of recruitment services and hiring processes.

Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
