We are looking for a skilled Utility Operator to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining utility systems, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

- Operate and maintain utility systems such as water treatment plants, steam boilers, and chillers to ensure smooth functioning of the plant.
- Monitor and control pH levels, temperature, and other parameters to prevent equipment damage or contamination.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning filters, inspecting equipment, and replacing worn parts to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot issues with utility systems using knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve problems and implement new procedures.




- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as engineering or technology.
- Proven experience as a utility operator or in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including circuit analysis and thermodynamics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
