We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regulatory Affairs Trainee in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in regulatory affairs and be eager to learn and grow with our company.

Roles and Responsibility

- Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents, such as clinical trial applications and marketing authorizations.
- Conduct thorough reviews of regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, quality assurance, and product development, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary updates to processes and procedures.




- Provide support for regulatory audits and inspections by gathering necessary documentation and information.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, including FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Familiarity with regulatory software and systems, such as electronic document management systems and content management systems.
