Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Transport Logistics Lead to oversee end-to-end transportation operations, logistics planning, and distribution network optimization. The role is responsible for ensuring cost-effective, timely, and reliable movement of goods while driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead transportation operations across warehouses, distribution centers, and customer delivery networks.
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve service levels, OTIF, and cost efficiency.
- Optimize routes, freight utilization, and distribution networks to reduce logistics costs and improve productivity.
- Manage transport partners, carriers, and 3PL service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and performance.
- Drive transportation planning, capacity management, and execution during regular and peak business periods.
- Monitor transportation KPIs, analyze performance trends,



and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless logistics execution.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies while managing operational risks.
- To take ownership of First mile, middle mile and last mile.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or distribution operations.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, or 3PL logistics is preferred. Key Skills
