Key Responsibilities

- Configure Oracle Cloud Grants Management awards, sponsors, funding sources and compliance.
- Set up and support Project Portfolio Management (Costing, Billing, Foundation) for grant-funded projects.
- Configure award budgets, funding patterns, and billing/revenue for sponsored projects.
- Support integrations with GL, AP, AR and Procurement for grant transactions.
- Gather requirements, prepare functional designs and support UAT and go-live.
- Provide production support and enhancements across PPM and Grants.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on Oracle Cloud PPM experience, including Grants / sponsored-projects.
- Robust knowledge of award management, funding and project billing.
- Understanding of project costing, budgeting and revenue for grant-funded work.
- Experience with fit-gap analysis, configuration and testing.
- Familiarity with PPM–financials integration flows.

Good to Have

- Oracle Cloud PPM certification.
- Public-sector / higher-education / research grants experience.
