About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Valuations team. In this role, you will support valuation engagements through financial analysis, industry research, valuation modeling, and report preparation for a variety of tax, transaction, and compliance purposes. Working alongside experienced professionals, youll contribute to complex valuation projects involving businesses, securities, and intangible assets while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and client needs. You will work on business valuation engagements that support financial reporting and audit requirements, contributing to analysis, building financial models from scratch, and forming perspectives aligned with accounting standards. The role involves close collaboration with US teams and senior stakeholders, offering exposure to client interactions and real business scenarios.

Responsibilities

- Support valuation engagements by determining appropriate valuation approaches, methodologies, and standards based on engagement requirements.




- Perform financial statement analysis, valuation modeling, and related research activities.
- Prepare valuation reports, analyses, and supporting documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in management interviews and site visits to gather business and operational insights.
- Conduct industry, market, and economic research to support valuation conclusions and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve valuation processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with team members to manage project timelines and deliver high-quality client service.
- Participate in professional and community networking opportunities to support relationship building and practice growth.
- Apply technical knowledge and analytical thinking to support project execution and business valuation initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or Masters in Valuation preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in valuation, financial analysis, or related fields.
- Experience with financial statement analysis required.
- CPA, CFA, or ASA designation preferred.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
