Job Overview

We are looking for a System Engineer (L1) with hands-on experience in desktop support, Windows server administration, and basic networking. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-user support, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop & End-User Support

- Handle incidents, service requests & first call resolution (FCR)

- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners

- Provide technical support and issue resolution

- Install and configure MS Office (2016/2019), Outlook, Office 365

- Create and manage user profiles & desktop settings

- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades

- Manage helpdesk tickets and prioritize issues

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Windows Server & Infrastructure Support

- Support Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019)

- Troubleshoot server hardware,



OS, and basic network issues

- Monitor servers, firewall, network devices, and backups

- Perform regular maintenance (Local/UAT/Production servers)

- Assist in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution

- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and cloud teams (Azure)

- Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation (MIS/SOPs)

- Support email systems and enterprise applications

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Desktop Support / End User Support

- Basic knowledge of Windows Server Administration

- Understanding of Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewall)

- Experience with Office 365 & Outlook configuration

- Knowledge of software installation & troubleshooting

- Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing tools

- Basic PowerShell scripting (optional)

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2–4 years

- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / BCA / B.E (IT/Computers/Electronics) / Any Graduate

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

- Valuable communication and teamwork ability
