We are hiring for International voice process for 4 LPA
Qualification: Under-grad/Graduate/Post graduate
Experience : 6 Months - 4yrs (6months exp in International voice process mandatory)
Notice period : Immediate
Work location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
Working days: 5 Days Work & 2 Days Off
Salary: Decent hike on LCTC (Max budget 4 LPA)
Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week off
Cab facility: 1 way cab provided

- Address customer issues promptly, providing effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
- Need to collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve merchant concerns, maintain positive client relationship and reducing churn.
