The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data coding and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Review and analyze clinical trial data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and implement effective data management strategies to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement current data systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to junior staff members on data coding procedures and best practices.




- Participate in quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data coding standards and procedures.
