Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Operations professional to join our

team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating engaging domestic and

international group tour itineraries, specifically tailored for senior citizens. This role demands a

deep understanding of the travel industry, visa processes, and vendor management, along with

a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop detailed itineraries for domestic and international group tours, with

a specific focus on the needs and preferences of senior citizen travelers.

Stay informed about the latest industry trends, destinations, travel regulations, and

emerging tourism practices.

Build and maintain robust relationships with travel vendors, hotels, transport providers,

and other service partners to ensure seamless operations and favorable terms.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of visa processes for multiple international

regions and take ownership of managing visa documentation and applications for group

tours.

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client queries,



providing destination

insights, and resolving issues proactively.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of tour packages

from planning to post-tour feedback.

Travel OperationsRequirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Demonstrated expertise in itinerary planning, vendor coordination, and visa

processing.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage

group travel logistics effectively.

Knowledge of popular travel destinations, especially suited for senior citizens.

Proficiency in MS Office and travel software tools.

Willingness to work from the Mumbai office location.

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience in handling senior citizen group travel is highly desirable.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on service

quality.
