Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Node.js Developer with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, and AWS, along with a solid understanding of cloud architecture, and experience designing and developing high-performance RESTful APIs and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Work with MongoDB to design schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure database performance.
Deploy, manage, architect and monitor applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues.





Required Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years of qualified experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
Hands-on experience with Nest.js framework.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Solid experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation framework, indexing).
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM).
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure design principles.
Experience with RESTful API design and development.
Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Understanding of security best practices and data protection.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Docker and containerization.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with Redis or caching mechanisms.
Exposure to TypeScript is a plus.

Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
