Roles and Responsibility/ Duties to be performed:-

- Liaisoning
- Develop and maintain cordial relationships with Government Departments, District Administration, Police Authorities, Revenue Authorities, Pollution Control Board, Electricity Department, MIDC, Gram Panchayats, and other statutory authorities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with surrounding villages and community leaders.
- Address community grievances through structured engagement.
- Organize awareness programmes and community development initiatives.
- Handle external stakeholder communications and issue resolution.
- CSR Activities.
- Prepare annual CSR plans and budgets.
- Identify and implement CSR projects aligned with the Company's CSR Policy.
- Coordinate with Government agencies, educational institutions, and local communities.
- Monitor project execution and measure outcomes.
- Maintain CSR documentation and statutory records.
- Prepare reports for CSR Committee, Head of Plant.
