ERP / Full Stack Developer Web Application

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP / Full Stack Developer to analyse, modernise, and redevelop our existing Visual Basic + Oracle-based ERP system into a modern, scalable web application.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, React, TypeScript, Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, and REST API development. The role will involve both understanding the existing ERP application and developing its modern web-based replacement.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and understand the existing Visual Basic + Oracle ERP application, including business logic, workflows, database structure, and existing modules.
- Redevelop existing ERP functionality as a contemporary web-based application.
- Design and develop both frontend and backend components.
- Develop scalable and maintainable backend services using C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Work extensively with Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and queries.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend, backend, and other systems.
- Work on ERP modules including:

- Inventory Management
- Sales
- Purchasing / Procurement
- Warehouse Management
- Accounts / Finance
- Order Management
- Reporting & MIS
- User Authentication & Role-Based Access Control

- Analyse existing database structures and business rules and ensure accurate migration to the new application.
- Plan and execute data migration from the existing ERP system to the modern application.
- Ensure data integrity, security, performance,



and consistency during migration.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimise application and database queries.
- Maintain proper technical documentation, API documentation, database documentation, and application documentation.
- Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and future enhancement of the ERP application.

Backend

- Strong experience with C#

Required Experience

- 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience developing full-stack web applications.
- Strong experience with C#/.NET and React.
- Good practical knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience working with ERP, business management, inventory, finance, sales, procurement, or similar enterprise applications will be highly preferred.
- Experience analysing or modernising legacy applications will be an advantage.
- Experience with data migration from legacy systems is preferred.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently across the complete application stack—from understanding the existing legacy ERP and database to designing, developing, testing, and deploying its modern web-based replacement.

Candidates with experience in ERP redevelopment, legacy system migration, Oracle-based applications, or enterprise software modernisation will be strongly preferred.

Education

B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science / equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
