Position Title:Service Engineer - Medical Devices

Base Location:Delhi

Primary Role:As a Service Engineer for High end Medical Equipment, you shall be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing Medical Devices.

Job Description: Experience in repair and maintenance of medical devices.
Experience in installation, maintenance of Medical Equipment (Patient Simulation devices, Cardiology & OT products).
Handling preventive maintenance of medical equipment.
Maintaining daily communication with customers to ensure resolution.
Relevant technical knowledge of basic electrical/ electronics.
Minimize downtime with proactive measures.
Making Maintenance & Service-related reports.




Working closely with the sales team.
An ability to work well under pressure.
Preferable from Medical instruments Service and calibration background.

Job Specification:Extensive travel may be required.
Customer Handling experience.

Qualification:BE/B-Tech in Biomedical/Electronics/ Mechanical
A Diploma Holder may also be considered with positive experience in the medical devices

Experience:2 - 5 Yrs.

Additional Skills (If Any):Customer orientation
Able to work under pressure and challenging situations.
Teamwork
Problem-solving skills
Computer software/ hardware and Networking knowledge will be an added advantage.
