Day Shift: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM (Male candidates only)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive (Freshers only) to join our US Team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting operations, payroll processing,

and financial reporting aligned with US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
- Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Gusto, TriNet, Justworks,and Vensure
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance
- Perform calculations of prepaid expenses and deferred revenue
- Support monthly book closure and reporting activities
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial reporting

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Freshers only (0 years experience)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid attention to detail and communication skills
