We are looking for a skilled PCB Design Engineer to design and develop high-performance, compact, and reliable PCBs for wearable, embedded, and consumer electronic products. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in multi-layer PCB design, high-speed routing, RF layout, controlled impedance, signal integrity, and PCB manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop multi-layer PCBs for embedded, wearable, and consumer electronic products.
- Convert schematics into production-ready PCB layouts while following design standards and engineering requirements.
- Perform high-speed PCB routing for interfaces such as USB, MIPI, DDR, SPI, I2C, UART, and other high-speed communication interfaces.
- Implement controlled impedance routing, differential pair routing, length matching, and high-speed signal routing.
- Develop PCB layouts for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi RF circuits, including 50 transmission lines and antenna feed routing.
- Work with RF engineers on antenna placement, matching networks, RF routing, and signal integrity.
- Design compact PCB layouts suitable for wearable and space-constrained products.




- Define and implement appropriate PCB stack-ups based on signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturing requirements.
- Perform PCB layout reviews and identify potential issues related to signal integrity, power integrity, thermal management, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.
- Ensure proper placement and routing of power management circuits, PMICs, DC-DC converters, LDOs, battery charging circuits, and other power components.
- Follow DFM/DFA guidelines and ensure PCB designs are suitable for fabrication and assembly.
- Generate and maintain Gerber files, drill files, pick-and-place files, BOMs, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and other manufacturing documentation.
- Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors during prototype and production stages.
- Support prototype PCB builds, board bring-up, testing, debugging, and design validation.
- Troubleshoot PCB-level issues and implement design improvements based on test results.
- Work closely with Hardware, Embedded Firmware, Mechanical, Industrial Design, and Manufacturing teams throughout the product development cycle.
- Support design changes, ECO/ECN implementation, and production releases.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control for PCB designs and manufacturing data.
