Role & responsibilities
- Manage the overall 2-wheeler service workshop operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Achieve service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitor Service Advisors, Technicians, and workshop staff performance.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and minimize service turnaround time (TAT).
- Monitor job cards, estimates, approvals, and repair quality.
- Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of technical issues and repeat complaints.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor workshop productivity, technician efficiency, and bay utilization.
- Ensure proper usage and availability of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
