Location: Gurgaon Work From Office
Salary: Up to 32,000 In-Hand
Joining: Early Joiners Preferred

What Were Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer in the BPO industry – Mandatory
Candidates willing to relocate to Gurgaon are welcome to apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of BPO training methodologies and processes
Ability to conduct NHT, OJT, Refresher Training, TNI/TNA, coaching and performance improvement sessions
Strong understanding of Training KPIs & KRAs
