Job Purpose

We are seeking a Marketing Automation / CRM Coordinator to support campaign builds, testing, journey maintenance, asset updates and administration across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM activities. The role will work closely with the Senior Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud Specialist and the Marketing Team to execute email campaigns, maintain customer journeys, manage marketing data and support ongoing lifecycle marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deploy email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Support customer journey setup, testing, monitoring and maintenance.
- Create, update and maintain email campaign assets, templates and content blocks.
- Assist with audience creation, campaign segmentation, list uploads and data validation.
- Perform campaign QA, UAT, link checks, rendering checks and testing before deployment.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic campaign reports and status updates.
- Maintain CRM records, data accuracy and marketing database hygiene.
- Support lead management, lifecycle marketing activities and customer engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM and business stakeholders for campaign execution requirements.
- Document campaign processes, checklists and operational steps to support consistent execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-4 years of CRM, marketing automation,



campaign operations or email marketing experience.
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or similar platforms.
- Exposure to email campaign build, campaign execution and marketing operations.
- Basic understanding of customer journeys, automation workflows and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience working with customer data, lists, segmentation and campaign databases.
- Solid attention to detail with good QA, testing and quality control ability.
- Basic reporting and campaign performance tracking experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage campaign tasks, deadlines and stakeholder requests in an organised manner.
- Basic HTML email editing knowledge is preferred.

Preferred / Desirable Experience

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure is preferred.
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management or another regulated industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- Exposure to SQL, data segmentation or CRM reporting is an advantage.
- Experience working with global teams or Australian stakeholders is preferred.
