Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for home loan and mortgage loans.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, distributors, and internal teams to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in home loans & mortgages.
- Solid understanding of LAP (Loan Against Property) products and their applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
