We are looking for a Draftsman with 2-5 years of professional experience in designing commercial spaces.We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Draftsman to prepare accurate 2D drawings for commercial and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong
drafting skills, a thorough understanding of construction drawings, and the ability to work closely with architects and project teams to produce high-quality technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction details.
- Revise and update drawings based on design changes and client feedback.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and drafting standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and project execution teams to maintain drawing accuracy.
- Prepare working drawings for site execution and construction.
- Maintain organized documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in architectural or interior drafting.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.
- Good understanding of materials, dimensions, and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
