We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and development, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct site visits to monitor and oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure successful trial execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing, to achieve study objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of study progress and results,



including protocol deviations and adverse events.
- Participate in the development of new clinical trial protocols, investigator's brochures, and informed consent forms.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field (e.g., biology, pharmacy, medicine).
- Proven experience in clinical research, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
- Strong knowledge of Positive Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations governing clinical trials.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CTMS (Clinical Trials Management System) software and other relevant tools.
