Role Responsibilities:
• Understand customer requirements and explain product features
• Guide customers through onboarding and product usage
• Coordinate with technical and support teams
• Build strong customer relationships
• Gather client feedback and help improve product experience
• Conduct product demos and presentations
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Robust problem-solving ability
• Basic understanding of mobile/web applications
• Ability to work independently and with teams (sometimes travel is required)
• Prior experience in SaaS, AgriTech, FinTech, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Education:
• Any stream Graduation / Post Graduation / BE / B.Tech
