Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end GDC alloy wheel production operations.
- Manage a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
- Ensure productive utilization of manpower, machines, and production resources.
- Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, cost-saving initiatives, and shop-floor discipline.
- Review daily production and rejection data to achieve maximum output with minimum rejection.
- Implement and sustain 5S practices across the department.
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high equipment and furnace availability.
- Develop and mentor production teams for improved performance.
- Improve and sustain GDC OEE to 80% or higher.
- Work closely with the New Product Development team for successful product launches.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Hands-on production experience in Alloy Wheel GDC manufacturing.
