We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Officer to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

- Oversee the production process to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, to ensure smooth production operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
- Manage and train production staff to achieve optimal performance.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master's degree in Science (M.Sc.).
- Proven experience as a Production Officer or similar role in a pharmaceutical company.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and quality control measures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and other relevant laws and standards.
